At Michelle's Boutique LLC, we hope you absolutely love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly review your request for a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Return/Exchange Window:
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the original purchase date. We are happy to offer store credit or

Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and odors (including smoke and perfume)
- With all original tags attached and in original packaging, where applicable
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase from Michelle's Boutique LLC is required for all returns and exchanges. Items that are damaged, show signs of wear, or have stains (including makeup, deodorant, or fragrance) will not be eligible for store credit.

Michelles Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or marked “Final Sale” items
Intimate apparel (including undergarments, bodysuits, and lingerie)
Earrings and other pierced jewelry
Hats, hair accessories, and similar items
Gift cards
Customized, special-order, or monogrammed items

4. Store Credit

All returns are eligible for store credit only
Store credit never expires and can be used just like cash on any future purchase.
